The Olympia Chamber Orchestra is once again presenting live performances!
This concert explores transitions and changes in many forms. Many of the works on this program lie on the cusp of different eras in music, or act as one composer's transition from more youthful writing into a more mature style. Works presented will include Flor Peeter's regal Entrata Festiva for brass and organ, Mozart's powerful Overture to La Clemenza di Tito and delightful Divertimento K.138, Joseph Bologne's charming Symphony in D op. 11, No. 2, and Schubert's effervescent Symphony No. 5 in B-Flat.
